After building a number of successful residential projects and small societies the management decided to take a leap forward and initiated joint ventures for mega high-rise projects in the vicinity of Islamabad Capital Territory in authorized sectors of Capital Development Authority (CDA), Rawalpindi Development Authority, Faisal Town, Faisal Hills, Multi Gardens B17, Tele-garden F17 and etc.

Faisal Town is located at the outskirts of Islamabad on Fateh Jang Road in Sector F-18, near the M-2 motorway interchange. Public transport options, including taxi services, are not available in the vicinity. Even Uber and Careem do not operate in this area as of now. However, minivans, rickshaws, and Qingqis do provide a means of transport on the M-2 Islamabad Interchange.
